Tetra Pak has a large implementation of SAP solutions across its organisation. To meet the increasing demands for projects and services related to SAP's CRM solution, we are looking for an experienced SAP CRM specialist. The role means to support both internal customers and external business partners, to meet new project requirements and to enhance existing CRM services. This includes solution design, incident management, root cause analysis, continuous improvement and performance optimization of current solutions.
You will be a member of the small Customer Interaction Center (CIC) Service Delivery Team within our Global Information Management organisation.
Main responsibilities
• Participate in SAP CRM projects, solution enhancements and upgrades, including design and configuration.
• Manage incidents, error solving and testing.
• Create system, configuration and user documentation.
• Support and train users of the CIC module.
• Work with the supplier (HP) on operation requirements, updates and upgrades.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you possess strong technical skills of SAP CRM and how it integrates with other SAP modules and external platforms. You have previous experience in implementing SAP CRM solutions, programming and configuration in ABAP, BSP and WebUI. You also have the ability to troubleshoot and resolve CRM issues in an end-to-end environment. Experience from working with suppliers is highly appreciated. Your English skills are excellent, spoken as well as written.

Teamwork and communication comes naturally to you and you easily establish and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
