We are now looking for a
SAP Sales EDI Expert - DevOps Sales Support
As a Sales Support you will be part of an international team, within the SEP Programme scope, that is focused on all SAP modules related to the sales areas (ECC SD, SAP CRM C4C, etc.). The team is working as an internal support for all SAP units, globally, where SAP has been implemented.
SKF is using Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) setup with our communication to a high amount of our customer base today and it will only grow going forward with the implementation of SAP to more countries. Nearly all communication with our major automotive customer and major OEM customer is done via EDI; meaning the orders, invoices, (Advance ship notes) ASN for deliveries etc. is communicated between SKF and our customers electronically. This is also closely connected to Scheduling agreements.
As part of the support team you will have great opportunities for taking the services in SKF to the next level by giving word-class support to internal users. The focus of the Support Champion role is primarily to manage the day-to-day operational needs and secure the quality of provided support services. This includes advanced user support, application maintenance as well as being responsible for the daily support of our central and global SAP ECC Sales module.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to
Providing advanced SAP end user support to the user community i.e. answer process related questions and support in managing issues and incoming incidents (On a daily basis; receive, act on and dispatch IT Service Tickets/Incidents, primary working in the ServiceNow tool)
Being the SKF IT Support Expert for EDI area (as well as scheduling agreements)
Resolving reported issues and escalate to appropriate forum when necessary
Being an active participant in various C4C (or other Pre-sales, sales) projects, developments and roll-out activities
Knowing and aligning with internal and external stakeholders and cover the end-to-end solution
Performing improvement work, developing and documenting Best Practice, Service Catalogue and FAQ
To facilitate and continuously improve the relationship between the key users/end users and the support team
To manage and work closely with our EDI service provider(s) like Liaison & Bes
Promoting SKF IT value to the business
Your profile
Excellent knowledge in the end-to-end area for Sales
Excellent knowledge within the SAP sales module (ECC SD), EDI and Scheduling Agreements areas
Experience working in an international environment
Fluent in English; other world languages is an advantage
European Work Visa is a prerequisite
In-depth knowledge and experience working with I-Doc monitoring and resolutions is an advantage
Experience of SAP Process Integration (PI) is an advantage
