SAP Integration Lead
Why work for Mölnlycke?
As part of Mölnlycke's next level of growth, we are accelerating our value creation, leveraging digitalization with new technologies, data and building up an internal Digital Enablement organization. Looking to deliver increased customer focus, enhanced business collaboration and the adoption of a new DevOps operating model with end-to-end ownership of technology solutions across the organisation.
We're expanding and seeking a seasoned SAP professional to join our newly formed SAP Platform team as SAP Integration Lead. In this role, you will take ownership of Mölnlycke's SAP Integration platform, core infrastructure, and the technical foundation of our SAP ERP environment. You will also ensure that the technical design of the integration platform supports both short- and long-term business goals and is aligned with broader IT strategies and architectural standards across related domains.
You will play a key role in ensuring that delivery teams working with SAP Integration have a stable, secure, and future-proof platform that adheres to overall architectural and security guidelines. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining architectural assets, such as blueprints and roadmaps, that guide the development of the SAP Integration landscape.
Together with internal teams and external partners, you will also champion compliance, license optimization, and operational excellence - all while equipping product teams with the tools they need to succeed.

Who are you?
In addition to deep SAP S/4HANA and SAP RISE experience, we're looking for someone who can demonstrate:
Proven leadership in guiding and mentoring teams, and fostering a learning culture.
The ability to work cross-functionally between IT and business, aligning stakeholders and breaking down silos.
Curiosity to explore your surroundings and leverage digital technology for business impact.
A track record of driving change, transformation, and applying agile/iterative ways of working.
A collaborative, can-do attitude - you follow through on your commitments and are seen as a trusted partner.

Key accountabilities for the role:
System Operation and Stability: Ensure the stability, performance, and security of Mölnlycke's SAP Integration platform through proactive operations, monitoring, upgrades, and support.
Leading and Mentoring: Lead the SAP Integration team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and a high-performing team culture.
Architecture Ownership: Maintain and evolve the SAP Integration architecture in line with enterprise standards and SAP best practices to support current and future business needs.
Architectural Governance: Drive architectural decisions and manage integration-related roadmaps, blueprints, and documentation.
Solution Alignment: Align SAP Integration with other SAP services (Basis, Roles & Authorizations, Development) and broader IT architecture for cohesive solution delivery.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product teams, stakeholders, and suppliers to clarify requirements and ensure solution fit.
Process and Capability Improvement: Define and improve processes, tools, and delivery capabilities to increase efficiency and scalability.
Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with regulatory, privacy, and security policies across all SAP Integration solutions.
Innovation and Value Creation: Leverage knowledge of SAP technologies (e.g., CPI, PI/PO, Event Mesh) to drive innovation and business value.
Lifecycle Awareness: Stay informed on SAP's product lifecycle and licensing to identify risks, opportunities, and required actions.

Experience we see as a benefit for the role:
A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 years working with SAP environment and SAP Integration architecture.
Extensive experience in SAP CPI, Cloud Foundry technology.
Experience at SAP Event Mesh technology.
Background of PI/PO based SAP integrations.
System thinking with comprehensive knowledge of the SAP ERP and SAP Integration platforms & associated technologies including documented experience of enterprise software and API oriented architecture.
Demonstrated ability to apply digital technologies to drive business impact.
Demonstrated business acumen and relevant experience of business, customers and/or functional area.
Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
