As a salesperson in Telia's store in Borlänge, which is located in Kupolen Shopping Center, your task is to, based on the customer's needs, create and offer tailor-made solutions consisting of our various services and products. At the same time, you are interspersed with fun competitions and team activities, training and experience from one of Sweden's strongest brands.

You will be part of a mixed team of 8. In the team there is also Patrik Larsson, Store Leader where I coach and lead us in the right direction. I am passionate about sales and running winning teams and where we always want to be one of the best among Sweden's 51 Telia stores.
One day in our stores is not the same. Maybe a family who needs WiFi comes in and wonders if it is possible to bring it to the cottage, or the student group who wants unlimited surf but wonders if it is possible to bake together in a package, or why not the business customer who wonders if there is a PBX that can place customer calls in a queue during lunchtime? Yes, we help our customers with that. Where you get to act as the expert, create and sell the best solution.
Your overall responsibility is to meet and explore customers' needs and solve their problems by selling our services and products to both private and business customers. This means that you work towards clear individual and common goals linked to both sales and customer service. You have a great opportunity to influence your salary with bonuses based on performance, while always having an hourly wage as an on-demand employee or a fixed monthly salary depending on the type of employment. You will be an important part of one of the country's absolute best Telia stores, where we were named best in the country both in 2021 and 2022.
We also use outreach activities to nurture and develop our customers. With that said, there are always things to do with money-making opportunities. We are looking for you with a high drive and you who love to compete and make a difference.
In the position, it is about 50/50 between traditional store work where we meet customers on the floor combined with call-out activities where we call both new and existing customers.
The role includes, but is not limited to:
Sales of Telia's services and products to private and corporate customers.
Hourly salary or fixed monthly salary with a great opportunity to affect your total salary when you receive a bonus.
Lots of fun team activities, competitions and happenings together throughout the year.
Ongoing training in customer dialogue, sales, Telia's services and products.
Work towards clear goals at individual and group level.
Customary inventory management and store operations.

Is this you?
You have the ability to quickly create trust with other people, take initiative and the willingness to work goal-oriented in a business-oriented and solution-oriented manner with the customer's needs in the highest focus. If you have previous experience of running sales or training, there are advantages, but if you don't, it doesn't matter. We will teach you! What we do see as a requirement, however, is that you are at least 18 years old, have complete high school grades, can fluent in English and Swedish.
Your personal skills:
Businessmanlike - You have the customer in the highest focus and use your expertise for world-class customer service.
Initiative - You voluntarily seek new challenges, initiate and act in the customer meeting.
Sales-oriented - You put time and energy into achieving desirable results.
Ability to build trust - You establish relationships and influence the decisions of others.

Your experience:
You have turned 18 years old, completed an upper secondary school diploma and can speak Swedish, English fluency is a requirement.
Multiple languages are an advantage.
Experience or training in sales is an advantage, but not a requirement.
