We are now looking for a result oriented and customer focused Sales support to the VET Sales & Marketing Department at Royal Canin Nordics (Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland).

You will be responsible to make sure that Royal Canin is seen as Customer centric to their customers by supporting the Sales team with relevant internal communication and usable data flow.

Royal Canin is looking for:

As a Sales Support you will be responsible for managing Royal Canin 's internal communication within the sales function by providing necessary reports and help with administrative work. The Sales Support is also responsible for coordinating the delivery of different tools and information flow between Sales and Marketing. You will also act as the primary office contact for Sales representatives.

You will have an important role in supporting the Sales team with reports and information that secure further development of the business results as well as helping them to have all the needed tools available to reach their targets. It includes follow up on campaigns, launches and create a framework on ways of working and return on investment(ROI). You will be responsible for proactively seeking Nordics synergies within all four countries and working with close collaboration and communication with the National Sales Managers and the KAMs.

We believe you have a couple of years of relevant experience, especially in Sales and you enjoy working with numbers and data. If you have an additional experience within the pet industry it will be an advantage, but it is not required, because you will become an expert in this area, while working.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for a person, who is driven by results, stress resistant and have a high-capacity. You are service minded and great in building relationships.

Besides, you have experience from project management/coordinating and you are business-minded.

You have a good knowledge and are familiar with both the Office package and ERP systems. Additionally, you speak English fluently and it is an advantage if you have good knowledge in at least one of the Nordic languages, because your team colleagues will be coming from the Nordic countries.
