hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Fervent i Malmö We are looking for a passionate lead project manager to our growing web team based in Malmö and Ukraine. You will work together with our team of strategist, designer and 2-4 developers. But most of all, you will support our clients making sure that they are successful in their ventures.
Your duties include:
• Having the overarching responsibility to find clients and keep building relationship with them regarding their web projects. Making sure that we deliver what we promise on time.
• Project management. Planning and leading projects. Some projects can be run by others in the team but you have the overview over all projects.
• Giving support to our clients regarding their web sites. You solve their issues or delegate to developers or designer.
• Being in contact with other stake holders on projects, for example when implementing an integration with a certain fundraising admin system or payment gateway.
• Leading digital fundraising campaigns from concept to implementation.
About you:
• You love to serve clients. Your focus is always on how we can go the extra mile to make sure that our clients gets world class service, which helps them accomplish their mission.
• You are good with sales and building relationship with clients. You know what are the best services we can offer to our clients.
• You are a great project manager, can keep multiple projects going on at the same time.
• You encourage the team to be their best and help remove hindrances along the way. Your attitude is to serve the team and not to be served by it.
• You are structured and can help the team move forward. You make sure that we get things done within deadline and that we don't get stuck.
• You have a great understanding of the web and experience of Open Source CMS like Wordpress. You can communicate well with developers and can lead integrations of systems, keeping contact with other providers that might be involved. You are not afraid to tackle technical issues.
• You are creative and can continually think of how we can develop our services to our clients.
• It is also a big plus if you have experience in fundraising and campaigns. Being able to shape powerful messages and running Facebook and Google Adwords campaign.
• You are good at communicating in English in speech and writing. A big plus if you also communicate well in Swedish.
• Since we work a lot with large church denominations and other faith-based organisations we would like you to have experience of these type of organisations, preferable through personal involvement.
• You are proactive and constantly take initiatives to improve our services.
