We are looking for specialist within Processes, Methods and Tools for the Global Sales organisation.

Location

The position is based in Gothenburg with frequent international collaboration and approx. 30-40 days of traveling. You report to the Director Global Sales Operations based in Gothenburg.

Purpose of the job

Within the Global Sales Operations team, work with the Sales Operations and Business Management function, to further develop the Ascom sales capabilities across the Regions to grow the business in an efficient and profitable way. To support the sales force in becoming the most professional and proficient solution sales representatives in our market place by developing, implementing and maintaining Divisional Processes, Methods and Tools.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all Processes, Methods and Tools related to Sales
• Drive development and alignment in Sales within the Division for Processes, Methods and Tools
• System Owner of the Divisional Tools (e.g CRM and CPQ)
• Responsible for the Sales Process in the ERP system and the Division's Management System
• Responsible for the SPIN Methodology maintenance and adherence
• Responsible for the interaction between the Sales Process and other processes within the Division
• Establish and maintain excellent relationship and cooperation with the sales organization across the Division
• Establish and maintain excellent relationship and cooperation with IT and Quality departments
• Frequent reporting of key and focused activities to Director Global Sales Operations

About You

You are strongly motivated by challenges and solutions and you understand the importance of processes, methods and tools to a company in order to enable an efficient and solid way of growing the business. You are a skilled sales person with experience from telecom or any other industry engaged with complex and andvanced solutions sales and used to working with people on all levels of the organization. You have a proven courage to take on challenges and a persistence in the way you manage execution and implementation of decided strategies and project initiatives. You are organized and can work effectively without direct supervision. You always keep team members well informed and involved in your work and you are not afraid to ask for help and advice.

Your qualifications include:

• Commercial and economic background (MSc) or equal.
• Extensive Sales and Marketing Management experience in a B2B market in an international environment
• Experience in implementing and executing strategies in sales converted into clear action plans
• Extensive understanding of and hands-on experience in both using and implementing sales tools such as CRM and CPQ
• Preferably experience of being a Super User for sales tools such as CRM and CPQ
• Strong Project Management skills
• Proven experience in operating as part of an executive leadership team
• Strong coaching and leadership skills and a solid track record of change management
• Able to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Persevering and result oriented
• Able and willing to travel internationally.
