We are now looking for a Sales Operations Director to join the team.
What will you do?
Be responsible for the management of Sales Operations and take the ownership of the sales/volume planning process and optimizing the business within the geographical area of responsibility. You will proactively monitor, analyze, identify risk & opportunities from a sales/volume/mix, production/capacity plan, factory ordering and distribution perspective.
Key to this role are the initiation, recommendation and implementation actions to optimize business from a sales operation perspective and to drive the tasks and challenges initiated by the EMEA Management Team
As a Director, you need to proactively drive, develop and improve quality and efficiency throughout the entire planning process and be the main contact for Sales Directors related to all elements within Sales Operations. You will also be the key link between Sales Operations and the EMEA Area teams

To be successful in this role, you need to have a strong sense of delivery and a personal eagerness to accomplish results and getting things done, on time and with top quality. We want to create a collaborative environment with strong relationships with colleagues at central functions and national sales companies so excellent communication skills with a target and solution oriented approach is key to everything we do.
We are looking for a university educated (or equivalent) professional with an excellent understanding of the overall commercial business equation. You need to have solid experience within sales and volume planning as well as head quarter and experience working for a national sales company.
Having strong analytical skills and a strong sense for optimising business is a given in this role and experience in leading change/transformation at high speed in a complex environment will ensure success.'
