With more new products and categories coming to market in the near future we are accelerating our Sales&Marketing efforts in multiple channels and we need to manage pricing, analyze sales figures and tracking sales development with structured frequent reporting.

We are now looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to join our Regional Sales&Marketing team at the regional head office. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to be a part of a growth journey in a fast-paced and dynamic environment!

About the role

In the role as a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will play an important role within the Sales&Marketing team in Region Europe and Rest of World. We are seeking an individual with an understanding and experience from working within a sales department and with strong analytical skills and attention to details.

You will be responsible for creating and managing price lists for the different product categories as well as analyzing sales figures and tracking sales development. You will manage sales reports for the different regions as well as be involved in providing input for sales forecasting. On a yearly basis you support the sales team with templates and content for sales plans and budgeting.

Responsibilities

- Development and coordination of price lists in several currencies
- Create sales reports, support sales teams with content and processes and consolidate reports for the region for VP Sales
- Sales forecast and results including support to VP Sales, share and consolidate sales forecast from sales teams, product launch tracking, door tracking, distribution penetration tracking
- Support in the creation of Budget and annual sales action plans, maintain template, upload numbers, share, collect and collate for VP Sales
- Maintain up to date distribution agreements by drafting, sharing, collecting and archiving based on a given template
- Support with prioritization and segmentation of customers and products as planned.

Your profile

To be successful in this position, we believe that you have:

- Minimum 3 years of experience of working within a sales organization
- Experience of sales forecasting and budget processes
- Experience of working with pricing
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, preferably experiencing from Business Controlling.
- A can do and hands on mentality and someone who likes to get things done.
- Excellent communication skills in English. German is a plus.

As a Sales Operations Coordinator, we believe you have an academic degree within business administration or similar. You are a well-structured, highly driven, and self-motivated team player that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You are versatile with figures and data as well as having excellent skills in Excel. You pay attention to details and are able to manage multiple tasks and projects in parallel.
