But now we want to be even better! We're looking for a Sales and Operations Process Manager for our Product Group High Speed Separators (HSS). So, what are you going to do today?
Who you are
The HSS Product Group has global responsibility for manufacturing and supplying High Speed Separators. We have approximately 600 employees working across the globe supporting our customer's requirements. Our products are sold across all our business divisions Food & Water, Marine and Energy.
About the jobWe are starting our S & Op implementation, so this role will have to be part of building and implementing the process in the organization. When implemented, this role is focused on the process-oriented execution of the full end-to-end S & Op process. Keeping participants in the process on track and moving towards resolution of demand and supply plans for the defined cycle. Key purpose is to answer the question: Can the Product Group supply chain network meet the demand? Facilitate solutions if not? Responsibilities span the following categories:
Develop, implement and continuously improve the S & Op process in line with central concept framework & principles
S & Op process facilitation
Impact assessment and improvement
Information coordination
Perform scenario analysis and give recommendations
What you knowThe nature of the role leads to the need for a set of skills that are technical as well as analytical. These skills may have been achieved through education, experience and and/or certification programs. This position requires minimum bachelor's degree and 3 years' experience of supply chain planning in multi factory networks. Experience from implementing S & Op or similar in previous positions is seen as a benefit.

Good at facilitate meetings and being able to present details into the relevant view

Fluent in English both verbal as written
