Right now we are looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager for our customers in Vasastan, Stockholm. They are one of the biggest plant food based companies in the world.

Start: October, and 6 months forward.
Employer: Randstad AB
Workhours: Monday to Friday, some flexibility to work from home a few days a week
Place: Vasastan

Ansvarsområden
The Sales Business Development Manager primary purpose of the role is implementation & execution of the customers Operator and Customer targeted product and service solutions within designated priority channels. This will happen in close cooperation the Sales Lead in the market and rest of the local sales organization. The SBDM will be expected to be able to communicate their product & product application knowledge through newly developed new digital sales tools that drive the approach to customer/operator engagement.

Role Responsibility:
Insightfull in Foodservice and strong capabilities in customer engagement
Deep understanding of product portfolio and key features and customer benefits.
Focused approach towards own customer portfolio on operator level and selected chain customers. Development of customer plans including follow meetings to track the development.
Implement and execute sales activities (Direct Customers & Indirect Operators)
Targeted distributor establishment & relationship management.
Customer/Operation acquisition and demand creation activities.
Develop Channel Insight & expertise (Deep Channel Expertise)
Share best practice locally and regionally.

Kvalifikationer
Qualifications:

Customer facing sales role (Foodservice preferred)
Foodservice industry experience minimum 5 years OR 5 years servicing/selling to FMCG segment, very positive to have experience in fresh meal industry/QSR/industrial catering or alike
Strong influencing & interpersonal skills
Strong vision & business acumen capability
Functional team skills, able to work effectively in fast moving cross functional teams
Project management skills
Adaptability & Agility - able to cope with change, think on their feet
Creative thinking capability to develop value propositions
Prioritization skills : able to plan and self-organize
Project Management skills: ability to set clear customer goals and measures for success and capability to track performance accordingly.

Meritorious:

Business Acumen: Working knowledge and insights into local industry and market dynamics
Digital Capability: Familiar with technology to effectively & efficiently promote what we can deliver to customers via business solution

Education -preferred:
Food specialist from chef role or responsible to handling kitchen in canteens or similar
