Sales manager to lead our New Business Sales Team in Finland
In this role you will be responsible for new business sales team's revenue and creating significant growth in the Finnish market through leading, coaching and supporting your team. You understand the concept of customer centric selling and you have demonstrated success in delivering through other people and as well as management experience. And: you are ready to roll up your sleeves yourself and work hard in order to achieve great results for the team.

In this role as Sales Manager:
• You will have revenue target and personnel responsibility for our New Business Sales Team in Finland. On top of that your focus will be achieving the set growth and business targets as well as head count target.
• You are expected to be an inspiring force to continue to provide successful solutions for our customers and mainting high customer satisfaction.
• You report to Country Manager for Finland.
Your background
• You have team management and staffing experience with elements of coaching
• You have several years of experience of B2B environment, preferably in a growth company.
• You have an in-depth understanding of digital marketing and internet industries or software industry or both.
• Preferably you have a wide proffessional contact network of decision makers of potential customers as well as potential future Apsis super stars .
• You are an experienced negotiator who can communicate with ease with all customers' stakeholders, e.g. sales, marketing, IT or legal, also at C-level.
• You have native level Finnish skills and business level English.
