To succeed in this role you need to have the ability to build business relationships globally, primarily with new customers within the maritime and heavy industry sectors. With support from your colleagues at the Commercial department, as well as other departments within our company you develop and offer the best solution to our customers. The Sales manager will develop new business and increase revenue through additional orders.
Criterias
• Increase sales in new and existing markets
• Establish sales opportunities by networking, customer visits, building relationships, establishing individual customers' needs and closing deals.
• Identify competitors and potential clients to maximize sales opportunities and generate additional revenue.
• Identify customer's individual requirements and in collaboration with the organization develop advanced technical solutions that will satisfy and contribute to increasing sales opportunities.

We are the parent company of Oresund Dry Docks AB, which specializes in ship repair, maintenance and reconstruction, and Oresund Steel Construction, a manufacturer of large steel structures. Our facility also incorporates specialist manufacturing workshops and equipment that cater to various industrial markets including Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, Marine, and Offshore industries. The corporation has 90 employees with an annual turnover in excess of SEK 350 million.
We are now strengthening our commercial department and are looking for a Sales Manager to Oresund Drydocks AB
ProfilWe are looking for someone with a strong technical sales background from the marine or heavy industry sector. You will have documented experience of previous results in sales, project and/or key account management and a proven track record of your ability to maintain and build customer relations.
To succeed you need to be result oriented with a commercial focus. You are ambitious, organized, persistent and outgoing with excellent sales skills and as a colleague you are down to earth and a dependable team player.
You have a technical background preferably within Engineering or similar are able to converse fluently (both written and verbally) in English. This position will require a significant amount of travelling hence current and update travel documents are essential.
Applicants with previous experience and proof of performance from the marine or heavy industry will be viewed favorably.
