Sales Manager Sweden

Klintberg & Way Automotive (KWA) is a newly established company within the KW Group, owned by Anders Hedin Invest. In October 2017, KWA was appointed by FCA International Operations as responsible for distributing the FCA-brands Dodge and RAM throughout Europe. Klintberg & Way Automotives has its headquarters in Lugano Switzerland and a local office in Gothenburg. In addition, there is also a homologation plant in Germany where cars are adapted to EU standards.

Job description:
As Sales Manager in Sweden you are the link between Klintberg & Way Automotives and the dealers around the country. Your overall responsibility is to achieve the brands sales target and gain market shares.

Based on your sales strategy, you are responsible for strategically enhancing overall sales by supervising and allocating sales target to the dealers. You represent the RAM and Dodge brands on the market and you have a close dialogue with the resellers, for example, by:
• Being first contact point between the dealers and the rest of the organization
• Monitor the replenishment of cars/availability at the dealer showroom
• Optimize the demo-fleet at dealers

Furthermore, you will point out dealers and customers ' needs to the marketing department in order for them to define promotional activities. You will then coordinate the implementation of the local marketing activities through the management and guidelines made by the central marketing department.
You are stationed in Gothenburg but travel around Sweden, and to some extent also to the headquarters in Lugano will occur. You will report to the Sales Director.

Your Profile:
You have relevant education in sales and/or marketing, or equivalent experience acquired in other ways. To succeed in the role, you must have at least 5 years of work experience from a similar role, preferably from an international company. You speak Swedish fluently as well as English as you daily will be in contact with you colleagues in Switzerland. It is a merit if you speak other languages. To great extant you will work in Excel which requires you to have very good knowledge in the program.

In this role, we consider it crucial that you are social and that you enjoy cooperating with others and enquiring new relations. You have the ability to adapt to any given situation and you are driven by exceeding expectations. Since you will work with different projects simultaneously, it is important that you have the ability to focus and prioritize. As our Sales Manager it is important that you are highly motivated by sales as well as by the fact that you constantly want to improve and develop.
