Job Description
As Sales Manager for H&M Nordics, your role will involve executing store sales and operations strategy, achieving sales and profit goals, and fostering team growth through succession planning and performance management in the Nordics Sales Market. You will lead one the largest Sales Market globally.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing support to the 300 + stores and working closely with our 14 area teams on the execution of commercial plans in physical stores, implementation & operations, and monthly/daily/quarterly follow-up.

Holding sales and profit responsibility for your sales market including P&L responsibility for physical stores, you regularly analyze, follow up, and take actions accordingly to maximize results.

Collaborate extensively with sales and operational functions, departments, and teams within your sales market and region to ensure co-creation and ensuring clear communication on business performance, company culture, and strategy and goals.

Having an overview of the specific challenges in your sales market, including political, environmental, and competitor-related complexities and you develop strategies to navigate these challenges while maintaining a competitive edge.

Being a spokesperson in addressing local topics such as unions and local crises, ensuring clear communication, and representing H&M's standpoint effectively.

What you need to succeed:
Extensive experience and proven track record in driving sales and profitability across a large retail landscape.
Extensive leadership experience including successfully leading leaders.
Experience by leading in complex environments, demonstrating an outstanding ability to create efficient execution.
Retail operations experience, including inventory management, visual merchandising, store layout, and customer experience.
Ability to understand how to execute our business plan in your sales market in the best possible way to generate sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong commitment and experience in providing a high level of customer service.
Demonstrates a growth mindset, adaptability to change, and the ability to set and achieve goals
Ability to travel regularly within the Nordics Sales Market
