Main Purpose of Job
• To maintain and develop all aspects of Sales Development in G4S
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Performance
• Negotiating and sign new contracts for national customers.
• Develop and maintain sales strategy and plans for new customers
• Through market segmentation find the right target group
• Deliver on the sales plan
• Collaborate with local sales managers how to deliver on the plan
• Support Sales & Marketing Director, both external and internal, regarding reports, statistics and presentations.
• Support Sales & Marketing Director in national wide negotiations with both new and “old†customers.
• Be able to take the responsibility as “number two in command†in the Sales & Marketing organisation.

• Find and qualify a number of interesting contract opportunities for further growth or as a back up.

• Assist in contractual changes and financial aspects; support the Sales & Marketing Director in negotiations both with the customer and internally
Person Specification
Professional background and skills
• Strong sales experience with good results
• Experience with managing a sales department
• Good knowledge of the banking or retail industry
• Customer relationship management and operational support expertise
• Confident and adept at presenting to large and small groups
• Effective business writing skills
• Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to ‘get on’ with people at all levels
• Strong negotiation skills
