We are looking for a talented, goal-oriented and highly motivated Sales Manager to lead our New Business Sales Team in Malmö.

In this role you will be responsible for the new business sales teams revenue and creating significant growth in our markets through leading, coaching, supporting and developing your team. You understand the concept of customer centric selling and you have demonstrated success in delivering through other people as well as through solid management experiences. The key to success is your business attitude, drive and your ability to coach, instruct and motivate your team members.

In this role as a Sales Manager

• You will have revenue target and personnel responsibility for our New
Business Sales Team in Malmö
• You are expected to be an inspiring force that continues to provide
successful solutions for our customers and maintaining high customer
satisfaction
• You report to the Regional Sales Manager in Malmö

Your background

• You have a proven team management and staffing experience with
elements of coaching
• You have several years of experience within successful B2B sales, contract
negotiation and customer relationship management
• Preferably you have an in-depth understanding of digital marketing, internet
industries or software industries
• Preferably you have a wide network of professional contacts that can be
potential customers as well as potential future Apsis stars
• You are an experienced negotiator who can communicate with ease with all
customers stakeholders
