We at Global Load Out Solutions AB are now looking for a Sales Manager to join our team. Global Load Out Solutions AB was established in 2022 and is owned by Volvo Construction Equipment. Our mission is to accelerate the commercialization of a set of Volvo innovations within material logistics in the process of loading out masses. At Global Load Out Solutions, we are convinced that every ton counts! Therefore, we want to contribute to the change in the building and construction industry through tailor-made, easy-to-use, digital services that make work easier and society more sustainable - starting today. What do we offer you?

As our Sales Manager in region Mid-North Sweden, you will work from the area around Stockholm up to north Sweden and also be part of our plans on how to start up in Norway and Finland. We will continuously investigate how we expand our market and grow internationally, either with direct sales or third-party support.

An increasing number of companies set targets connected to the climate agenda and to reduce carbon emissions, as well as moving into a digital operation to achieve higher efficiency and transparency - but for many the transformation path is not clear and needs guidance and good examples. We at Global Load Out Solutions want to support our customers in this journey -and this is where you come in! Sales in a developing technology area is a lot about spreading awareness and being open to listen to the customer - how does the processes look like and what are the pain-points?

We will work with several channels to meet our customers and you will mainly work with direct sales where you are out meeting customers and identifying the best solution for them - so what are your ideas on how to do that in an efficient way? You could also play a role to support our partner sales where we need to train and support sales partners in different parts of the world. You work together with our Business Development manager with content/sales messaging and supporting our marketing management. Another important go-to person for you is the Product owner to discuss best practices @ customers and sometimes go together in discussions with customers. You will be part of co-creating our path with a large degree of freedom in a dynamic and international environment.

As our new Sales Manager we think you are located in mid-Sweden, depending on where you are we will together with you find the best solution regarding office space.

Who we think you are

We would love for you to have a background in the building and construction industry in companies or projects working with mass-excavation or quarries. We believe you have a university degree, e.g. civil engineering in combination with experience from B2B technical sales. You are comfortable to work in both Swedish and English with customers and contracts. Winning confidence and building relations comes natural to you. Other experiences you might have in your backpack could be experience of B2B Service solutions, work in a growing and fast-scaling business and/or value stream mapping. You would describe yourself as the person who close the deal. You have a strong self-drive and want to have an impact in the organization you chose to belong to.
