Svets & Mekano Group was founded in 1969 and is a subcontractor within the metal fabrication industry. The company has extensive experience partnering with large industrial organizations in manufacturing both semi-finished and finished steel components for industrial use. The group is equipped to handle requests for both small and heavy duty components and can manufacture using any method and type of material.
The group has two production units in Sweden. Svets & Mekano in Vislanda specializes in welded structures such as fuel- and hydraulic tanks and Malmstens Verkstad in Ljungby has extensive CNC machining combined with robot welding capabilities and deliver most of the production to the forklift industry. In Sweden the group employs about 75 people.
Finmec is the group's subsidiary in Estonia. The company, which is located just outside Tallinn, has a large capacity for welded structures, machining and painting. Finmec employs about 95 people.
A privately held Swedish investment company Koncentra Holding AB became the principal owner of the Svets & Mekano Group in 2010. Koncentra Holding AB has a focus on long-term investments within a range of different industries. They have invested in companies ranging from drug development to manufacturing of mobile power generation systems. (

Svets & Mekano Sales Leader Sweden
Now Svets & Mekano Group is looking for a Sales Leader that can open up new possibilities in Sweden and further develop the existing business relations. Sales Leader will be responsible for leading and developing Svets & Mekano Group 's sales operations in Sweden. Sales Leader reports to CEO of Svets & Mekano Group AB. The chosen Sales Leader will have a very independent role in Sweden. The position will be located in the region Gothenburg-Jönköping-Linköping. Other locations are thinkable.
There will be extensive travelling required in Sweden to customers in the industrial field. We also expect Sales Leader to visit the Estonian factory and the Swedish factories together with customers on a regular basis.
Sales Leader 's key responsibility areas are:
• Develop and nurture the customer base in Sweden
• Contribute as a highly effective Sales Leader to the development and growth of the sales in Sweden
• Work in close relation with all three Svets & Mekano Group production plants in Estonia and in Sweden
• Deliver exceptional personal performance
• Be Svets & Mekano Group's brand ambassador within Sweden.
Preferred work history and skills:
We believe that a strong candidate have documented sales experience in the manufacturing industry and appropriate technical qualifications and education in engineering. You should have a minimum five years of experience either on technological sales or purchasing. Previous experiences of building up sales strategy, sales processes and social networks. Fluent or native Swedish speaker and fluent in English. Finnish and German is considered to be an asset.
Good IT knowledge including MS Office programs.

Your personal characteristics are humble and honest and you have an easy going personality and attitude. Further you have an Interested in people, enjoys selling and negotiating and have good presentation and communication skills. As a person you are goal oriented and at the same time flexible with "can do" attitude. You have an ability to establishes good relationships with customers and co-workers and builds wide and effective networks of contacts inside and outside the organization.
