Right now we are looking for a Sales leader to join our Business Area Kitchen, Bathroom and Home Appliances.
The Sales Leader position is a business focused role in the centre of IKEAs product development. You will be part of the Range & Product team and you will be responsible for leading the sales components into the planning of the HFB range portfolio to secure a relevant and commercial offer and the preconditions for a successful meeting between the home furnishing and the customer in all touch points. You will also be responsible for leading the creation of the HFB Tactical & Operational Sales plan including goals and movements, price and volume.
This role reports to the BA Sales Manager.
Your assignment will include:
• To be responsible for performance, identifying and act on deviations (sales KPIs) of running business and development projects according to scope
• To set the priorities within the sales plan
• To secure that the outcome of the Range Dimensioning and Sales Plan collaboration process (on HFB level) deliver to the agreed Tactical sale plan
• To give the input to resource planning for Sales specialist in the development teams
• To be responsible for securing that all sales requirements on a product level are part of the project scope
• To secure that range principles are reflecting the market relevancy and growth plan contributing to create Range principles & Portfolio
• To be responsible for expansion input to the Range portfolio and tactical Sales plan(new countries, new franchisees, new touch points etc)
• To be responsible for the Price & Quality ladders & VBP principles within the HFB
• To be responsible for all sales components of the Project brief (scopes) including cost to serve implication (services, packaging, assembly...)
• To be responsible for securing that Market & competitive insights are incorporated into the Range portfolio and project scopes
• To manage and support the Meeting The Customer specialists in the development teams
