What you will do
At Johnson Controls Global Marine Service (GMS), we now have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team in Norrköping as our new Sales Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for the sale of Johnson Controls' Marine Products & Services portfolio to maritime fleets operating globally. You will help our customers succeed in maintaining, operating, and optimizing their refrigeration and HVAC cooling equipment.
Johnson Controls Global Marine Service (GMS) is a branch specialized in supplying our customers with innovative service-, retrofit- and parts solutions on a global scale.

How you will do it
Bringing in new business from installed fleet of merchant, fishery, Cruise, and navy vessels.
On a daily basis, you will contact Customers and listen in what service they are in need of and from support by the product competence centers create competitive, high quality and timely estimates, bids, proposals, and cost/benefit analyses.
Help us develop our product portfolio based on customer feedback, so we - in turn - can help power the missions of our customers.
Build and maintain a network of stakeholders - incl. Project managers, Technicians and Leadership - as well as solicit support from and communicate with the broader Johnson Controls organization to promote customer satisfaction while respecting Johnson Controls strategies, processes and tools.

What we look for
Required;
Target-driven, proactive and adaptable sales professional skilled in communication
Innovative and future-focused mindset with a positive and collaborative attitude.
Basic technical flair and curiosity allowing you to operate, understand and advise customers with complex solutions.
Hunter mindset combined with endurance.
Fluency in English - written and verbal.

Preferred;
Knowledge and/or experience within the marine segment and HVAC.
Experience as an Engineer (e.g. commissioning) and/or technical sales.
Interest or flair for data science, visualization and/or programming.
Experience with Salesforce.com
