hela Sverige Structured strategist and growth accelerator As a member of the Management Committee, you will report to the CEO. You will be actively involved in drawing up company strategy. You will translate directions determined on the Management Committee into an international (worldwide) sales strategy. You will map commercial partners across the globe and define specific action plans that focus on players that influence your business. Acting as boss and coach, you will support your team in implementing your policy and optimising the indirect sale of your references.
Experienced manager, sales network developer You have a university degree and more than 15 years' professional experience, including in managing sales teams active in geographically dispersed markets. You are familiar with the building sector and attracted by the sale of infrastructure equipment. Experience of network management would be appreciated. As a tried and tested manager, you have a demonstrated ability to adopt a long-term view and to act on it. Charismatic and structured, you naturally exert your presence. You are bilingual FR/EN. You are willing to travel 40% of your time.
