About the Team
MyNewsDesk Inside sales team is growing and looking to add new Sales Development Representatives to be part of the Stockholm based team.
The team in Stockholm has 4 SDRs and we are currently looking for more colleagues to help us maintain the market leader position in the Nordics. SDRs have a crucial role in supporting Sales Executive team in their daily work, collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams to drive new business opportunities. SDRs can explore their potential while learning from experienced Sales Executives to develop their career towards becoming extraordinary sales professionals!
Ideal candidates for this role are highly motivated, self-starters, able to identify and develop a significant number of leads from multiple sources (marketing engine, prospect lists, social selling, and individual research).
As an SDR, you will:
• Manage, nurture and grow your pipeline by following up on both incoming leads from marketing campaigns as well as prospecting actions
• Maintain minimum daily call and email volume to move leads down the sales funnel
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
• Manage, track, and report your daily activities and results using Salesforce and other internal tools
• Partner with Sales Executives to work the territory and drive strategic campaigns on various accounts
• Stay up-to-date with MnD's new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
• Participate and actively engage in ongoing training to learn new best practices and develop in a sales/revenue driving role
You are:
• Bachelor Degree owner
• enthusiastic with a positive attitude and curious mindset
• passionate for digital sales and social interaction
• familiar with cold calling, prospecting and fast paced environments
• ambitious to meet and exceed goals,
• flexible and willing to take ownership of your work and learn something new every day
• resourceful and coachable
• possessing great language skills in Swedish (Norwegian / Danish) and English
prior inside sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory
