This is a consultancy assignment for through MultiMind with option for additional extension or a permanent position with our client.
About our client Our client is a successful international company in the home electronics industry and is known all over the world. The company is in the forefront of the digital revolution and is a world leader with its innovatively designed products.
The position is located in our clients modern Nordic Headquarter in Stockholm.
Role Be a first line support and key user for sales and marketing team in terms of processes, systems, reports and other ad hoc needs within IT division.
Tasks: Monthly / Weekly / Ad Hoc Reporting Super user and 1st line support of SAP Support sales with process for creating and updating bids in Salesforce.com and/or Deal Portal Support issues related to claims and provide input to claims team, and work for any related improvements Marketing budget process support Support sales to plan marketing budget in common template and provide training where necessary Create marketing activities' Campaign/Plan Proposal in SAP Close EOs where invoice is paid, and follow up with open items Support any changes in the marketing budget process including testing, training sales/marketing - take proactive approach in ensuring that marketing budget process is sound Administrate all customer contracts for IT division in Swedish market and Nordic market. Be aware of, and be the 1st line support for contract process and guidelines Be the link between different stakeholders in contract and sales/marketing teams Support ad-hoc questions from sales & marketing related to process and direct the questions to the relevant teams Support and train sales & marketing in reporting tools such as BI Input NBI split and provide support related to it Other relevant sales reports and admin questions support.
Education A practical sales support related education or similar is desirable but not a requirement.
Experience Minimum 2 years in similar job tasks with advanced process/system focused sales support. Experience from SAP or other ERP-system is desirable Experience from working in CRM systems is desirable Experience from working with analyzing sales statistics in excel or Business Intelligence system
