To Sandvik Coromant, we are looking for a Sales Cluster Manager for the Nordic region, as part of Sales Area North Europe. In this position, you lead all aspects of our sales performance, through both direct and indirect sales channel, and alongside our customers in Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway, Iceland and the Baltic countries. Our sales areas are dedicated to serving our customers and ensuring sales efficiency and growth by using modern processes and tools.

Your mission
The sales cluster includes all field resources with direct customer contact in the Nordic region, as well as our regional sales managers, sales engineers and application specialists. As Sales Cluster Manager, you develop and implement the strategy and local business plans for your region - in line with our Sandvik Coromant strategy and the overall global sales organization. You keep up-to-date with market and customer needs, and with concerns related to price, delivery and offerings, and you ensure trustworthy and effective customer relations through clear and motivating leadership. You are also an active member of the Sales Area North Europe management team and you closely collaborate with senior management to set forecasts, budgets and targets.

The location for this position is flexible within the Nordic region and it requires extensive travelling in this specific area.

Your character
We are looking for someone with a degree in Engineering or Business Development, or with similar experience and knowledge gained from a working career. You have previously managed both internal and external customer relations, as well as successfully negotiated commercial terms and conditions within the industrial sector. You also have a proven track record of delivering high quality results and a good understanding of how to use business tools and concepts within this field. Specific knowledge of our Sandvik Coromant offering is highly valuable. As we work in a global environment, you need strong communication skills in English, and knowledge of other languages, preferably used within the Scandinavian region, is an advantage.
