About the job
In this key position, you're responsible for supporting departmental activities relating to the development of our Distribution and Online Sales as well as assigned activities or projects within the Nordic sales cluster - both independently and under the supervision of the Channel Manager, Nordics.
Your responsibility includes:
Working closely with channels to achieve mutual goals and collaborating with the sales team to align sales and channel efforts.
Developing and implementing channel partner programs, such as training, marketing, and incentives, as well as providing support and planning training to channels to ensure success.
Supporting administration of channel practices and managing the compliance procedures.
Driving activities to increase sales of existing and potential new online customers.
Taking the lead in defining digital marketing campaigns, analyzing sales-, content- and digital performance.
Implementing data driven commerce and developing business reporting for follow up.
The job is mainly office-based where you interact with external stakeholders digitally or via phone and you're based in either Solna/Sundbyberg or Sandviken in Sweden, with the possibility to work from your home office. Some travel is expected.
What you know and who you are
We're looking for someone with a university degree in a relevant field, or a few years of equivalent knowledge gained from work experience. We expect you to have some experience from working with online sales or understanding of the basics, and you have revealed good project management skills. You also have solid IT knowledge and are familiar with Office 365, and as we're a global business, your verbal and written English skills must be advanced.
You show interest in new technologies and sales processes, and with commercial acumen, you utilize your strategic thinking. Result-focus and creativity are strong characteristics in you, and you can communicate effectively with your stakeholders. Naturally, your strong interpersonal skills allow you to successfully network and collaborate with diverse partners, and you really enjoy acting in multicultural team environments.
