If you join MTEK in this position you will cultivate customer relationships, and build a sales channel with suitable industry partners. Sales / Business Development / Architecture experience, within Management Consulting, Process Improvement and Operational Development is what we believe is needed, but please do prove us wrong, we like that.
You will be promoting our company's creativity, capabilities, and credentials to potential and existing clients, so an open and creative mind is essential. You will need to travel and make business happen as well as be part of the team that delivers on the promises.
Job Responsibilities:
• Prospect new customers, explore ways to reach target customers and build relationship leading to deals
• Formulate and implement business plan and sales strategies
• Meet and greet customer and may need to work outside regular office hour if necessary
• Pre-sales responsibilities include solution presentations, quotations, general proposals and pricing
• Liaise with customer services team and operations department to ensure customers' requirements are well communicated and fulfilled
• Develop digital and physical supply chain business in different industries through consultative selling to B2B clients
• Achieve sales targets through pro-active identification, development and implementation of strategies to close deals
• Handle any ad hoc projects assigned
• Manage to some extent the roll-out of the projects, once sold
Believed Experience and Skills:
• A let's get it done attitude that is based on true honesty and discipline
• University graduate in Sales & Marketing or related discipline
• At least 5 years of sales & marking experience
• Previous working experience in Technical Production / IT Solutions
• Management Consultancy /Technical Industry is an advantage
• Self-motivated, cool, dependable, independent, service and customer-oriented
• Excellent presentation and communications skills
• Outstanding social skills
• Fluent in English, Swedish and a third language
