• Are you well organised and good at administration?

About you:
• Either did you graduate recently from university or have a few years of experience from a role in administration / customer service.
• You understand numbers or/and have some education or experience from economics.
• Flawless customer service is second nature to you, to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
About the job:
• You will work in our Frontdesk and will likely be the first person to greet our customers
• Organizing Bentley Stockholm's day to day correspondance, supplies and services.
• You will assist our Sales Executives in the sales process administration such as billing, import customer information, manage leads, register test drives etc.
• You are organised and follow agreed processes to ensure all administration and dealership systems are kept up to date.
