hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Tigerq AB i Lund This Sales and Marketing Coordinator position is meant to accelerate the pace and capacity for TIGERQ market entry, with a specific focus on marketing and sales. The Coordinator will work to build a foundation for sales and marketing in the team, including active sales and marketing plan development, in preparation for future sales team expansion.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Compile information and research in order to develop marketing and sales strategies.
Define market plan based on market structure, competitor profile, user segmentation, and distribution channels.
Design and implement marketing plan for offered services including content creation.
Develop sales strategies and a sales plan.
Lead generation activities: evaluate needs and promote services (site visits, meetings with customers (by video/phone/e-mail), conferences and events.
Financial sales management: quote generation, price negotiations, coordinating sales with production functions (customized solutions), and maintain client records.
Analyze user needs and pricing strategy, in the field, in order to promote marketing and sales performance.
Conduct sales follow up activities to define and evaluate offer performance.
Maintain excellent client relationships.
Coordinate questions from clients through technical staff and ensure timely response.
Define and track performance KPIs, and present reports of current progress and future opportunities.
Strive for development and new expertise within the position and the team to facilitate organisational growth.
Qualifications:
Academic degree within Life Science, medicine or equivalent, and Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or related field.
Fluent in English, with Swedish as a plus. Nearly all communication will be in English.
Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills.
Experience in planning and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
1-2 years of sales or marketing experience.
Customer-focused, highly developed problem solving and client service skills.
Highly developed organizational skills, prioritization, and attention to details.
Knowledge in Google Ads, Google analytics and SEO.
Experienced with the Office suite and CRM.
Skills:
Exceptional written and oral communication skills, ability to tell a story.
High emphasis on creative design, critical analysis, and problem solving.
Initiative and resolve to develop capacity and performance within the position and within the TIGERQ team.
Understanding the startup culture, though active engagement, lean performance, and iterative milestones.
Professionalism and ability to work as a team, to collaborate across duties and responsibilities to provide a healthy working environment and optimal performance.
Our offer
We offer a 50% part time position for 6 months, with an option for full time based on sales performance. Globally, within the company this is an early stage position with key opportunities for development and future growth. As such, this position is meant to serve as a transition point for a future competitive permanent position.
