Are you a committed leader who is driven to motivate others? Vitabalans is now recruiting a driven and highly professional Sales and Marketing Manager, based in Stockholm/Täby.
You will be responsible for the company's sales and marketing of self-care medicines and food supplements for pharmacies, health food stores and groceries in Sweden. In the role you will work with/represent both Vitabalans and Birger Ledin products.
You are ideally sales-minded, active and independent with a background in sales and leadership. You will be responsible for establishing and expanding customer relationships to long-term relationships to ensure that Vitabalans improves their position in the market. In addition, you will be strengthening the well-known brand Birger Ledin and work in close collaboration with the Finnish organization. You will play a crucial role in expanding B2B sales, by nurturing existing customer relationships, but also by establishing new long-term relationships to ensure growth. In the role, you will lead the Swedish organization, which consists of four motivated and talented employees.
To be successful in this position, we believe you
Have a strong business acumen and the ability to develop business cases
Are a systematic planner and follow up on sales strategy
Have analytical skills to analyse the customers' performance
Are able to promote Vitabalans and Birger Ledins offers/ products
Have good leaderships skills to motivate and instruct the sales team to work towards their goals
You have further:
5+ years of experience in a customer facing sales role in B2B
A strong business mindset and goal-orientation
A passionate, win-driven, mindset with personal drive
Team player attitude
Strong organizational and capability to handle administrative tasks and do long-term planning
Spoken and written fluency in Swedish and English
Beneficial experiences
Worked with pharmacies or health food stores
Experience in an FMCG business
