We are increasing our focus in the local market of Sweden, and we are currently looking for a Sales and Business Development Manager Turbomachinery to join us in our Gothenburg office.
Job responsibilities
• Promote all aspects of MDT SBU Turbomachinery business - both New Equipment and PrimeServ business to customers with the Swedish market.
• Responsible for the development and achievement of Order intake goals, plans and activities of SBU Turbomachinery products/services in Sweden.
• Drive the defined growth strategies.
• Develop an excellent market and customer knowledge of the business opportunities in the area of responsibility.
• Build positive customer relationships.
Qualifications
• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Detailed understanding of MDT Turbomachinery products, New Equipment and PrimeServ, primarily from a local market perspective, at both technical and commercial levels.
• Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a high degree of customer satisfaction and intimacy orientation.
• Excellent skills in communication, contracts negotiation, terms and condition design and legal implications, as well as intercultural skills.
• Ability to interact with customer at the most senior level.
• Fluent in English and preferably Swedish.
Personal Qualities
• Complete self starter, requiring little day to day management.
• Ability to create supportive team environments.
• Solution oriented and ability to resolve conflicts.
