Your assignments will be:
• Managing meetings
• Preparing schedules
• Managing and follow-up on orders and invoicing
• Lead and support in misc forums
• Preparing sales material for misc meetings and presentations
• Coordinate activities with other functions
• Collect KPI & status reports
Requirements:
• Experience from similar positions
• Knowledge in SAP or ERP system
• Experience from working in a larger global company
• Ability to coordinate several assignments
• Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English and Swedish both written and spoken
