Sale Support Biomet Sweden
The key responsibilities of this role will be:
• Support the field sales with both planning and execution of field sales promoting activities i.e. workshops.
• Coordination of tender teams incl. follow up on activity plans and be quality control on tenders
• Be the CRM key user
• Manage marketing plan and budget, incl. overview of customer training plans
• Responsible for consistency and quality in marketing material incl. external presentations
• Event management and execution of other marketing campaigns
• Manage web (content updates and maintenance)
• Manage product samples
• Facilitate business reviews together with sales management
• Be local compliance officer - Write customers offers, letters, NAD- and HCP- nomination and other required documents
Relevant knowledge and skills:
• Good stakeholder management skills
• Good project management skills
• Proactive and positive attitude with very high drive
• Structured work approach with good planning and follow up
• Eyes for detail with high appreciation for good quality
• Fluent English
• Flair for IT. Preferably used to working with CRM systems
• High proficiency Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe
Qualifications:
• 2-3 years experience with project management and/or similar role
• Experience with sales and marketing within medico industry is preferable.
• Experience with tenders is also preferable
Within 2-3 years, you should have an ambition to take on a field sales role
