What you will be part of
As part of our Supply Chain Management, you will join a team of executing purchase, planning and material handling to a wide range of products and projects within the business area Surveillance.
For you who hold a Master of Engineering or Business Administration, this is your chance to be part of shaping the future, since Supply chain within Surveillance faces new challenges. A chance to manage supply chain master data analysis, develop processes, routines and ways of working for the direct material to our production.
Your role
As a graduate at Saab, you will participate in a programme that is uniquely designed to boost your career. You will receive an extensive overview of the company, a broad contact network and challenging tasks that will prepare you for the future. Your development will be aligned with Saab's business goals and the programme will enable you to contribute to our business and take part in actual projects. From day one, you will be appointed to a position with permanent employment at one of Saab's sites worldwide.
Some of your tasks will be to:
Investigate the workflow and processes for improvements of the Supply chain
Gather and interprets relevant data, costs, productivity, demand patterns, etc.
Investigate issues in Supply chain, finding root causes, and develop solutions
Provides analytical support for projects, new business opportunities, and proposals
Other duties as assigned
Your skills and experience
You need to be a dynamic person with the right motivation and drive to deliver excellent results. Business understanding, a strategic thinking as well as the ability to work in a fast-changing environment are other vital qualities. Equally important is your great collaboration and communication skills. Not to mention your excellent social skills, ability to maintain and develop strong customer relationships and the fact that you involve and motivate your co-workers. In other words, you need to be a curious and humble team player with commitment and a lot of energy. Saab is an international company, a good knowledge in English is of importance.
Some positions have tasks including defense secrecy. In such circumstances it will be required of you to conduct and receive an approved security clearance by responsible authorities.
