Are you excited about Robotic Process Automation (RPA), seeing and helping the Epiroc divisions succeed and being a part of a cross-cultural team that constantly pushes each other to get better? Then this could be your next challenge!

At the Technology and Innovation department, we are looking for a driven RPA Application Manager Business (AMB), with a can-do attitude to drive Epiroc's global RPA initiatives.

Your mission

As the RPA AMB, you will play, together with the RPA Center of Excellence (CoE) in CMTEC (Bangalore, India), a key role in serving all Epiroc divisions with RPA competence, know-how and automating the internal back-office processes.

In your mission, you will be the owner of the RPA CoE, the infrastructure, and the operating & delivery model. You will also be responsible for providing the conditions for efficient RPA implementation and for prioritizing the right processes for automation.

You will coordinate all initiatives and needs in RPA, being the main contact for all Epiroc stakeholders and you will be the natural speaking partner for RPA-related questions.

Additionally, you will follow and take an active role in improving the RPA processes, the quality, and shorten the lead time for development.

Your profile

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's/Master's degree with several years of working experience, preferably with RPA and/or automation (other degrees or equivalent experience will be considered).

You have a good knowledge of the technology landscape and trends and are able to understand customer needs.

An ideal candidate for the role is a project manager with a business mindset and an ability to make decisions, influence, and execute. You should have great interpersonal skills, be independent and strongly customer-focused. You are able to foster a collaborative work environment and perform in a team-oriented environment.

The RPA Center of Excellence team is located in India, therefore, you should have good communication skills in English (speaking and writing) and be open to occasional travel.

Location and travel

This temporary 12-month position is located in Örebro, Sweden, but can be performed in a hybrid way. The exact split between on-site and remote work is up to further agreement.

Occasional travel would be required in this role.

In case a candidate from a different country applies and is successful, Swedish local terms and conditions will apply.

Life at Epiroc

By joining our team, you can expect an atmosphere of creativity, innovation, and workplace diversity. You will be a part of a group of skilled and helpful colleagues who live by our core values: Collaboration, Commitment, and Innovation. We work in a global environment with over 113 different nationalities!

In addition to the fact that we have a culture that is characterized by development combined with having a good balance between work and leisure, there are some things that make us a little extra proud to work at Epiroc:

• Global career opportunities
• Epiroc University, for your own competence development
• Community involvement
