hela Sverige We are looking for an experienced Rewards Specialist to fulfil this key role in our Local Center of Expertise Rewards team in Bohus. In this position you report to the Head of LCoE Rewards Sweden. The local center of Expertise Rewards is a part of AkzoNobels global Rewards organization and shall in a professional and efficient way provide and support the organization with the Rewards framework. In line with our global strategy, AkzoNobel have centralized the Center of Expertises to Bohus.
We are a team of four supporting all our businesses in Sweden with expertise within labour law, job evaluation and compensation & benefits.
In this role the main tasks and responsibilities are as follows:
• Develop and drive Rewards projects and initiatives for HR Sweden colleagues and AkzoNobel managers ensuring alignment with AN Directives, Rules and guidelines.
• Advise HR colleagues and managers on legal aspects in order to comply with Swedish labour law/legislation.
• Develop competitive systems and provides support to HR and managers.
• Ensure that AkzoNobel are competitive in regards to remuneration in the Swedish labour market.
• Provide statistics to HR colleagues and managers on the market movement.
• Develop relevant KPIs in cooperation with the Global Rewards, aimed to measure and improve HR performance in the business context.
• Interact with Akzonobel employers federations in Sweden.
We are looking for you with the following background:
• University degree in HR or equivalent
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in qualified HR especially compensation & benefits, Swedish and European labour law
• Experience of working in a complex organizational environment, in an advisory organization and global organization
• Experience of process oriented ways of working
• Very good knowledge in Microsoft Office and other relevant HR IT systems
To be successful in this position you have to be self-going and result driven, customer orientated with influence and problem solving skills. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, being able to build good relationships. You are fluent in Swedish and English both written and verbally. You have a conceptual and analytical mind and as a person you are positive with high integrity and have a business sense.

This is a full time position on permanent basis, reporting to Head of the LCoE Rewads, Maria Wingårdh Börjesson.
