We believe in a data-driven approach to decision-making and are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to drive alignment across our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. The ideal candidate will have a passion for optimizing processes, driving efficiency, and ensuring that revenue operations are aligned with overall business objectives.
Role Overview:The Revenue Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by managing and optimizing the entire revenue process across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to create and implement strategies that streamline operations, enhance forecasting accuracy, and improve overall revenue performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Operations Strategy: Develop and execute revenue operations strategies that align with the company's overall growth objectives.
Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements across sales, marketing, and customer success to drive operational efficiency and scalability.
Data & Analytics: Leverage data to create actionable insights for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to optimize performance and improve decision-making.
Sales Enablement: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to optimize lead generation, pipeline management, and conversion strategies.
Revenue Forecasting & Reporting: Develop and maintain accurate revenue forecasting models, ensuring alignment between sales targets and business goals. Provide regular reporting to the executive team.
System Integration: Oversee the integration of tools and technologies to streamline workflows, including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and customer success tools.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on strategies, KPIs, and revenue objectives.
Process Automation: Identify opportunities for process automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks across teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar roles, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success processes, with a track record of optimizing cross-functional operations.
Expertise in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and other revenue-related systems.
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analysis.
Detail-oriented with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with advanced analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) or data visualization tools.
Prior experience working in a fast-growing SaaS company.
