Are you looking for a role where you not only will impact the business but also be part of a fast paced journey together with our pink foodora family? We are expanding our Key Account Management team with another Performance Specialist. In this role you will use your many skills to analyse our partners performance, communicate and develop improvement solutions and collaborate with our internal teams. We think that you are at your best when you get to analyse data and come up with improvement ideas. Besides that, you also enjoy combining high performance with fun at work!
WHAT YOU WILL (BUT NOT ONLY) DO
• Weekly and monthly reporting with own analysis (head office and franchise organisations)
• Educational restaurant visits
• Meetings with different stakeholders, such as Head Offices, Franchisees, Logistics
• Support the Key Account Manager in preparing the partner prior to, and during, larger campaigns
• Be an integral part of our Key Accounts' daily operations
YOU ARE
• Initiator - You are not afraid of taking initiative!
• Cooperative / Relationship Building - This will be key in this position, both with your colleagues, but most importantly with our partners
• Communicative - You have no problems with making yourself understood, and can adapt your communication to all situations
• Solution oriented - You see solutions where others see problems
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• A University degree in a quantitative field, e.g. Business Administration will be considered a plus
• Newly graduated from university or 2-3 years experience of: - Coaching e.g. shift leader
• Experience in service, such as customer service, restaurant operations or delivery
• Tech savvy with a love for new systems. Experience from Salesforce and Tableau will be considered a plus
• You speak and write Swedish and English fluently
• You have experience from a fast paced company
Start date: As soon as possible
