We believe you come with 3 - 5 years of experience and proven performance in (retail) Logistics/Commercial/Supply Chain on operational and/or tactical level. You have successfully lead customer fulfilment related projects or processes on country/market/national level. In addition you also have good coaching and/or mentor, advisory and facilitation skills, conflict management skills and problem-solving experience. Moreover you should have proven ability to influence in a matrix organisation through strong interdependent leadership.
You have knowledge in understanding how key performance measurement used to plan, follow up and steer the business with a customer-centric approach. You have good knowledge about supply chain, warehousing operations and service business. You are passionate about leading business through people, whilst always considering the impact on the customer when taking decisions.
As a person you have strong collaborative mind-set in building relationships across the organisation and you should be able to influence and personal impact people by using good communication and negotiation skills. Furthermore, you should also have the ability to act within the global framework in order to achieve local/market/organisation goals.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
Together with the Group Fulfilment Availability and Support team and under the leadership of the Group Replenishment Manager define, establish and ensure the implementation of Replenishment Supply related elements of business strategies with a long-term focus.
You will:
• accountable for seamlessly enabling operations and an efficient distribution network
• responsible for securing optimal replenishment of fulfilment units
• responsible for supporting Group Commercial in the process of securing the Sales and Demand Planning process and in the work connected to the Commercial Calendar and Activities
• responsible for supporting the sales planning and demand planning processes, monitoring and acting on deviations at various stages during the current FY) when it comes to tools, competence and ways of working
• responsible for supporting the Group Replenishment Manager in keeping the total picture of replenishment together and synchronised in assigned topics
• responsible for developing improvements in working methods, systems and tools and for implementing global routines, systems solutions and ways of working with all partners in the Supply Chain, Retail and Customer Fulfilment, in close cooperation and co-creation with the Market Replenishment team to secure continuous improvement.
• responsible for the cooperation and partnership with our supply partners in the areas of need planning and inventory planning contributing with both knowledge and expertise
• responsible to provide support, guidance and sharing of best practices with the respective market function in the area of demand forecasting, operational forecasting, need planning, ordering/replenishment and stock administration/accuracy
• responsible for promoting and stimulating entrepreneurial orientation and contribution to development and innovation for the own organisation and total IKEA in close cooperation within the totality of the market and relevant Group Functions
• responsible for considering the parameters connected to the Customer Fulfilment sustainability agenda in daily work especially in connection with securing agreed goals on Flow and Capacity across all touchpoints

We are focusing on providing a seamless shopping experience with great quality in all touchpoints for the many people. Fulfilment Availability and Support is contribute to a seamless customer fulfilment process by managing flow and capacity, secure product availability at all times and secure an optimal utilisations of our network for customer orders. This by always adding value to the customer proposition and contributing to profitability.
