• Successful experience as sales/rent manager (+ if experience in management)
• Highly motivated personality, who can easily find a contact with people;
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in Swedish and English;
• Good knowledge of MS Office (+ if advanced knowledge);
• Ability to organize and manage daily tasks;
• B category driver's license;
Tasks:
• To plan, manage and coordinate successful rent realization in Sweden market;
• Coordinate renting processes by granting professional customer service and attendance;
• Work with existing customers and attract new;
• Prepare price offers, contracts, and meet with potential customers;
• Analyze market tendencies and develop renting strategy;
• Generate business development opportunities.
