About the job:
This is a full-time consulting assignment that lasts for 6-12 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at the company. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment.

Tasks and responsibilities:
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a critical role in the full life-cycle recruitment process, providing expert-level support and guidance to hiring managers. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your expertise and make a significant impact on our organization's talent acquisition strategy.
Responsibilities:
• Ownership of the full life-cycle recruitment process for all assigned open roles
• Proactively manage workload and collaborate with the manager to prioritize open requisitions
• Act as a trusted partner and advisor to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
• Monitor performance key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
• Stay updated on industry and organizational tech trends, advancements, and practices to enhance talent acquisition strategies
• Collaborate with business leaders and HRBPs to support talent planning
• Gather talent forecasting outputs and integrate them into the overall recruitment plans
• Initiate and facilitate hiring processes, acting as the main point of contact and coordinating with other recruitment teams as necessary
Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 5ears of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on full life-cycle recruitment.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment responsibilities with a high level of proficiency and independence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment goals.
• Strong knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in talent acquisition and technology.
• Analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret recruitment data to drive decision-making and process improvements.
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
