Position Summary
As a reliability and robustness engineer within radio design you will work very close to our design teams to ensure that high quality is obtain in our 4G and 5G radios. You will be involved in the entire product cycle with a close-the-loop approach. If you are interested in and have knowledge in HW building practices where electrical, structural and thermal phenomena interact this is a real opportunity for you. You will work in an international environment in close cooperation with our design sites in Beijing, Chengdu, Lund, Gothenburg and Ottawa.
Responsibilities & Tasks
• Be a part of our building practice teams for 4G and 5G radios.
• Support with modelling and simulations in order to optimize our products.
• Support with robust and reliability testing and analysis.
• Play an active role in creating an innovative work environment within robust design.
Position Qualifications
Core Competences:
• Experience in HW design preferably from the electronic and/or automotive industry.
• Good knowledge in 3D simulation tools.
• Result oriented with a possibility to take own initiatives and drive improvements.
• Excellent team player with good networking skills
Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
MSc/BSc level in a technical discipline or the equivalent level of knowledge.
Minimum 3 years' experience of product development.
Experience in modelling and simulations in electronics and/or mechanics.
English Skills, oral and written
