Your focus will be to develop selected export markets where you will have the full market responsibility. This means for example that you have the responsibility for the following:
• conducting a continous market evaluation (team, customers, growth, trends, categories etc.)
• creating and updating business plans yearly in cooperation with the local partners, as input to the annual budget process
• achieving set annual goals and targets on selected Export markets with monthly follow-up and
• analyses develop the co-operation and the sales on selected Export markets, also entailing market visits educating our partner's organizations on BRIO values, products, and brand
• plan and coordinate marketing material and sales support
• plan and execute effective sales and marketing activities on selected Export markets, measure success against targets (shelves, consumer fairs etc)
• following up customer credit limits and accounts receivable
• coordinate and make product forecasting in cooperation with the local partners (4 times annually)
• following and coordinating the product shipments
• visiting and participating in important partner and customer events
• finding and eveluating new markets and business opportunities, following the Export model
• keeping the partners updated on important information and vice versa, bring feedback from markets into the sales conferences and sharing aligned parts back to markets
• giving and getting feedback from the market and developing new idéas
Qualifications:
You come most probably from an organization where you have been working with international sales and have had the market responsibility and for the cooperation with local distribution partners. You shall have a genuine international experience and an interest for developing sales partnerships. To be very communicative and self-driven is a prerequisite and you need very good knowledge in the English language for the job.
In addition it is preferable that you:
• have minimum an undergraduate university degree
• are analytical, structured and good at numbers
• are used to travel and work internationally
• like to make relations to all kinds of people
• are good a cooperating and work in teams
• are positive and have a good self-esteem
• like to work independently and take on new challenges
