Do you thrive in a collaborative, global environment? We're looking for a Regional Planning Expert to support forecast planning and inventory optimization across the EMEA region. In this role, you'll help shape demand planning processes and ensure reliable product flow while working closely with cross-functional teams worldwide.
If you're passionate about driving change and building strong relationships, this is the opportunity for you.
Let's accelerate the transformation. Together.

Join our team
You will join a diverse team of global professionals committed to strengthening regional operations and ensuring reliable product availability. In this role, you will take ownership of demand forecasting and inventory optimization, enabling the right balance between supply, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You'll gain a holistic perspective of the Tools division and its end-to-end planning processes, while driving initiatives that enhance operational performance. Our collaborative and supportive culture empowers you to innovate, set new standards of excellence, and grow professionally.

Your mission
As a Regional Planning Expert for the EMEA region, you will play a key role in balancing demand forecasting and inventory optimization to secure reliable product availability across diverse markets. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Service, Regional Supply Chain, and Customer Centers to ensure the right parts are available at the right time, aligned with business growth and fleet requirements in EMEA.

Your mission is twofold: on the demand planning side, you will engage with stakeholders to develop accurate forecasts, identify market changes and events, and coordinate actions to adjust demand plans and stock levels accordingly. You will drive the implementation of demand planning processes in EMEA, support collaborative planning with Customer Centers, and analyze forecast accuracy to enable continuous improvement.

On the inventory optimization side, you will define and maintain stocking strategies for regional and local warehouses, ensuring the right assortment and stock levels to meet availability and inventory targets. You will monitor inventory performance, reduce excess and obsolescence, and propose action plans in close alignment with regional stakeholders. As a super user of the global inventory management system, you will manage regional parameter settings and support projects introducing new processes, systems, or business integrations.

Through this combined mission, you will contribute to operational excellence, strengthen planning capabilities across EMEA, and support Epiroc's long-term growth.

Your profile
You have a background in end-to-end supply chain management, with hands-on experience in demand forecasting, inventory management, distribution, and project management. Experience in materials management, ideally within Epiroc or in similar industries, is highly valued. Proficiency working with ERP and planning systems is important, and prior involvement in implementing changes in a global organization will be considered an advantage. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is essential.

On a personal level, you bring drive and the ability to work independently, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You know how to build networks, collaborate across functions, and deliver results in an international and multicultural environment. You are systematic and organized, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. With an analytical and proactive mindset, you continuously seek improvement opportunities, challenge the status quo, and balance both tactical execution and strategic initiatives. Above all, you are customer- and stakeholder-focused, results-oriented, and eager to contribute to operational excellence in EMEA.
