As our company's international business growing rapidly in Asian-Pacific region such as China and Vietnam, we need a new marketing member with Asian-Pacific background to join us. About the position
We are looking for a marketing manager as a part of our international operation. The ideal candidate will have marketing responsibility for key geographical areas in our international operations: Asian-Pacific area, especially in China and Vitnam. The role will focus on developing and executing marketing plans, creating brand awareness, and maintaining customer service.
Preferred location for this position is Sweden (Enköping).
Main responsibilities
• Developing marketing plans and budgets based on global marketing strategies and regional business goals.
• Promoting products to customers in the Asia-Pacific region through multiple marketing channels such as social media to generate potential customers
• Providing online pre-sales and post-sales customer maintenance inAsia-Pacific region
• Create brand awareness for product brands in the market.
• Keep existing customers informed of brand information through the use of marketing automation, newsletters and other relevant channels.
• Plan and lead the execution of activities such as trade shows and customer seminars.
• Provide face-to-face maintenance and feedback to Asia-Pacific and global customers when necessary
• Provide translation and assistance when the company team visiting the Asia-Pacific region or when Asia-Pacific customers visiting Sweden
About You
• Relevant university level degree with the passion and interest in international marketing and branding
• Having certain equestrian knowledge and interest; mastering certain level of equestrian skills in showjumping or dressage will be a bonus
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
• Hands-on attitude with analytical mindset to be able to choose the most efficient marketing approach to reach the targets.
• Good understanding of various marketing tools and techniques
• Language skills: Excellent English skills. Working proficiency of at least one of the following languages: Chinese/Vietnamese.
• Be able to travel frequently
