Who you are
Who are you?You are a compensation and benefits professional with hands on experience from defining and implementing a reward framework in a large and complex environment.About the jobYou will support the region with specialist knowledge in compensation and benefits and ensure that our programs support the business strategy, are equitable, attractive and competitive. This includes being the main speaking partner for Comp & Ben in the region, implementing our global tools, providing consultation and training to the HR community and line managers, analysing and recommending compensation and incentive programs as well as in many cases creating these programs. You will also be part of the Group C&B team and contribute in the formulation of the Group Comp & Ben Strategy, structures and tools.What you knowTo succeed in this this roll we see the that you have several years of within compensation and benefits and from implementing compensation tools across cultures in an international organisation why fluent spoken and written English is a must.Ideally you have a university degree in HR or Finance and you are an advanced user of excel.
