What's the role
Drive sales and own & drive account development with, EPC's & Contrators and support sales teams on, EPC's & Contractors. Lead capture team meetings, driving SP4M solutions and understanding & communicating pipeline of work
What does the role involve?
An Business Developer is responsible for owning and leading account development plans to engage selected owners/EPCs to drive sales. The incumbent is to work closely with the Owners, EPCs and in-house specifiers to build a pipeline of opportunities in the areas of SP4M solutions, anchors, fastening on steel and firestop and communicate these to the sales force. The incumbent will guide the any sales through entire sales process from creation to sales conversion as required for success. The incumbent should begin to demonstrate the necessary knowledge and expertise to cover a specific segment but will generally cover multiple segments as required. The RBD will work closely with assigned Owners/EPCs to understand organizational hierarchy and decision-making structure and also to build a pipeline of leads & opportunities, based on customer needs and to communicate these to the sales force. Generally, this role will oversee approximately 1.5 m CHF is sales and will work with customers from C-A potential but mostly with C level customers. Most of the work done by this position will impact only their local country but some may impact the region.
What you need is:
Deep knowledge of segment, Hilti applications and construction management
Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales preferably in Energy & Industry business
Engineering back-ground with good understanding of statics or dynamics & construction processes
Able to drive strategic topics in matrix
Good communicator in matrix
Goal-oriented and remove "barriers" mentality
Strong leadership & influencing skills
Experience in business development / sales
Experiance in Hilti
