hela Sverige We are looking for a Regional Alliance Manager- Infrastructure Alliances with skills and competency to handle Infrastructure RFP's, incremental opportunities and develop key relationships for Europe. Travelling across Europe and India is involved and should be available for regular business calls for US time zone.
The key responsibilities include:
Manage Infrastructure Partner Relationship across Europe with the objective of incremental business development by proactive joint collaboration with partners.
Generating and executing revenue generating opportunities on the Infrastructure Product portfolio.
Co-Build the Go-to-Market solutions along with major infrastructure partners and position them to varied industry verticals within TCS.
Identify potential accounts for joint alignment and develop partner specific Business & Sales Plan.
Work with Infrastructure sales teams to create joint alignment plan for identified accounts.
Work with Alliance Partner's Regional Managers for contribution revenue success.
Work with pre-sales / bid managers for ensuring appropriate traction on Alliance Partner related RFP's / RFI's
Engage and manage the communication interface between partners and the TCS Field Sales Organization.
Identify and engage with both practice as well as business leaders to identify funnel opportunities.
Provide regular & accurate partner pipeline & forecasting information.
8+ years of experience and proven track record in a Direct/Indirect Sales quota carrying role.
Several years of experience in partner management within a global system integrator (GSI) organization.
Should have developed and executed GTM plans with infrastructure partners.
Demonstrable high-level relationships with Global and Regional SI's/Channel Partners with proven track record of driving revenue through these.
Ability to gain influence within these Partner companies and to drive TCS up their priority list.
Clear understanding of Infrastructure market and how to execute a Business plan.
Strong communication and negotiating skills
Excellent work ethic, energy and desire to win.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
