HR Centre of Expertise at AB Tetra Pak is looking for Recruitment Specialists who will independently drive recruitment processes to support our internal customers at the Swedish Tetra Pak entities. You will belong to a team of recruiters that work according to our efficient and professional recruitment process combined with our recruitment system. Our goal is to enable Tetra Pak to get the right person, at the right time for the right position. In a long-term perspective we shall attract the best-qualified talent for the company. One position is permanent and one is a temporary position for one year.
In this role you will get the opportunity to work in a specialized field with a great variety of recruitments. You will recruit all levels and types of positions in the organisation and you will meet with customers and candidates from all over the world. Your expertise is highly valued and you will be a key player in securing Tetra Pak's future employee base.
You will be responsible for driving recruitment processes for a number of business areas within the company, liaising with managers and deciding on the appropriate recruiting methods. We work with a strong customer focus and with a high emphasis on quality and lead time. The typical tasks include customer start-up meetings, creation of job specifications and attractive ads, selection, interviewing, testing and checking references. Continuous communication with managers and candidates is essential. For some administrative tasks you will be supported by our recruitment coordinators.

Kvalifikationer
As a person you are an independent self-starter with good communication skills who has the ability to influence and advise people in their decision making process. You are a problem solver, well organized and possess strong analytical skills. Further you posses a high degree of integrity and are curious about Tetra Pak s different business areas.
Your background includes a university degree and several years of experience from working with recruitment, technical recruitments will be meriting. You must have strong interviewing skills and a highly structured approach to your work. You should also be familiar with working with personality questionnaires and other selection tools and you must be fluent in English.
