This is the Recruitment Specialists number one objective.
The geographical region Europe, Middle East and Africa is divided in five different sales regions, which all are growing both in terms of revenue and employees. In order to provide a professional and efficient HR support connected to each business unit, Axis is now offering an excellent international experience. For about 6-9 months we would like to give the opportunity to a professional Recruitment Specialist to focus on key recruitments across these five sales regions. This person will work with local management in the recruitment process, making sure that we are in line with our recruitment goals without compromising on quality. This also means a high degree of travelling.
The mission of the Recruitment Specialist will be to act as a professional recruitment partner to local management by taking control of and driving key recruitment projects together with local management, ensuring timing, cost efficiency and quality in the process. This means taking an active part of the operational recruitment in the local regions, often working through a recruitment consultant in the local market.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for a driven HR professional and a real functional expert that can take our recruitment process and translate it into operational actions on our local markets in Europe, Middle East & Africa. We believe that you have an academic background within HR and approx. 5-8 years of experience from the HR field, with at least 3 years working very focused with recruitment in a customer focused organization, as a recruitment consultant or a specialist in a growing organization.
In this position you will be handling multiple recruitments simultaneously in different parts of a wide geographical area, supporting five different Sales Regions. This requires a very structured approach, project management skills and ability to interact with people from different cultures and backgrounds on a professional and warm level, always representing Axis and our values.

• University studies in Human Resources Management or related field
• 5-8 years of general experience from working within the HR field
• At least, 3 years’ experience in a role focusing on recruitment in a customer focused culture (taking process from A-Z)
• Experience or certification from a recruitment related test tool
• Experience from dealing with recruitment services (contracts, terms & conditions etc.)
• Self-confident and balanced with high integrity and the ability to drive your own professional opinion in a constructive way
• Organized and structured
• Open minded, Service minded, Business minded
• Excellent computer skills in MS Office
• Excellent ability in written and verbal English
• Excellent ability (written and verbal) in any other European language is valuable
• No issues regarding travelling, this is a role that requires it, approx. 100 days/year.
